A Day in the Life as a Sales Manager with Us: With over 1000 RVs in stock at any given time to sell, the sky is the limit for a Sales Manager with us! You will oversee profitability and customer retention through effective management of sales personnel, market knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments’ financial data. You will have strong support from management for continuous training and education to ensure your long-term success! Your typical day will revolve around meeting with RV sales professionals to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits, overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized, attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained and ensuring that appropriate dealership records are maintained. Qualifications to be a Sales Manager:

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager and Finance Manager in the RV Industry or Powersports / Boating
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customer, vendors, and staff
• Highly ambitious and looking to grow within a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in supervising and managing staff

Pay Information: $150,000+
